This item for sale are brand new custom made spring bars to replace the tube & screw in panerai bar, or the dual push button system.  These work with most straps for Bell & Ross, as long as the strap has a large enough hole.  
 
Bell & Ross has large holes in their case, and this allows these bars to be removed and installed quickly, making so much easier to quickly change straps on your 24mm lug width B&R watch.  They are made so you can push each side and pull the band out.

Change your straps with these spring bars and it is easy to install on your Bell & Ross Watch you will eliminate scratching your expensive watch and because its so quick, you will want to change them often, creating a new watch with each strap change .
